1. Please check whether the conditions for VAT exemption under Section 12 (3) of the German VAT Act (UStG) are met for the goods sold to Germany . If this is the case, please check that you are exempt from VAT on the purchase of the goods. By checking this box, you confirm that

• the delivery and billing address is in Germany,
• the purchased product is installed on or near private residences, apartments, public and other buildings used for activities in the public interest, or on caravans or houseboats that are not moved or are only moved occasionally, and
• the installed gross capacity of the photovoltaic system does not or will not exceed 30 kilowatts (peak) according to the market data register.

2. For products sold to Austria , please check whether the requirements for applying the zero-rated VAT rate according to Section 28(62) UStG are met. If this is the case, please check that a 0% VAT rate applies to the purchase of the goods. By checking this box, you confirm that

• the delivery and billing address is in Austria,
• the purchased product is installed on or in buildings used for residential purposes, by public bodies or by private bodies, associations of persons and estates serving non-profit, charitable or ecclesiastical purposes, and
• the installed gross capacity of the photovoltaic system does not or will not exceed 35 kilowatts (peak).

The application of the zero-tax rate is not linked to a binding price offer from the seller. The total price is calculated from the product prices and taxes, plus any additional costs such as shipping, etc. If the customer indicates that a 0% tax rate applies, the stated price will be displayed on this basis.
