According to the technical information received from the firmware supplier, the BMS firmware uses official MCU library files from Fudan Microelectronics and proprietary firmware code.
The Fudan FM33LC0xx FL Driver Library files identified in the supplied materials contain copyright notices of Fudan Microelectronics and license notices referring to Mulan PSL v2.
ARM/CMSIS core files identified in the supplied materials contain ARM Limited copyright notices and Apache-2.0 / permissive license notices.
According to the technical information received from the firmware supplier, no GPL-, LGPL- or AGPL-licensed components are included in the delivered BMS firmware. Therefore, no corresponding source code for GPL/LGPL/AGPL components of the BMS firmware is provided.
